The FidelCard loyalty program serves dual purpose, on the one hand to enable companies to actually know who their customers are, learn their buying habits and easily communicate with them, to increase sales and turnover, and on the other hand to reward loyal customers. The database gained with the use of FidelCard system, helps companies in the planning and implementation of various marketing activities and campaigns, and meanwhile significantly simplifies the traffic forecasts and stock management.
