Project
The FidelCard loyalty program serves dual purpose, on the one hand to enable companies to actually know who their customers are, learn their buying habits and easily communicate with them, to increase sales and turnover, and on the other hand to reward loyal customers. The database gained with the use of FidelCard system, helps companies in the planning and implementation of various marketing activities and campaigns, and meanwhile significantly simplifies the traffic forecasts and stock management.
 
Solutions
In general, only big companies can afford modern loyalty systems, because of the huge development and maintenance costs. FidelCard provides a cost-effective loyalty system, which is available for micro, small and medium to large sized enterprises, too. This project includes from business idea, brand and strategy development, through software and application development to hardware sourcing - every little step.
